The Local Government Limited Gaming Impact Program was created to provide financial assistance to local governments in addressing documented gaming impacts stemming from limited stakes gaming in the communities of Cripple Creek, Black Hawk and Central City. The Program is financed with a portion of state taxes on limited gaming activities in these municipalities.

Tribal gaming counties include: Archuleta, La Plata, and Montezuma.
